What is a good Jeep Forum?

I am getting back into Jeeping and would like to know what is a good forum? Not that EXPO is not good but I have lots of questions. Or should I just ask the questions on EXPO. The questions will not be about travel as much as how to rig the Jeep as a tow behind my truck.

You are right. I am looking at a CJ7. I am hoping to find that older is better and easier to work on. If I am wrong please say so. I am going to tow the Jeep and trail ride.

Biggest problem with CJ's is the frames cracking. When you look at them, check closely around all of the spring hangers and shackle mounts front and rear.

Pirate is a good, but please don't go there expecting to ask noobie questions. They really are rather rough on that type of stuff but are getting better.

Here is a rundown of few good jeep forums.

jeepsunlimted.com
jeepforum.com
wranglerforum.com
rubiconownersfourm.com

There really are just so many forums that it seems endless. Just start surfing and you will find one you like. Plus the Jeep section of this forum is full people willing to help.

I think it depends on the jeep you get. I use Jeepforum for all my questions and comments but google searching yields much with jeepsunlimited.

You can get specialized too with NAXJA, NAGCA, and specialized CJ forums as well.

Jeepforum is running a special for premium memberships right now, by the way.
All the benefits of membership (whatever those may be - but I have been a supporting member for several years now) - at a reduced price!
I've met some good folks through jeepforum, bought and sold various parts and accessories and found some very helpful tech info.
Plus Keith (owner) lives right down the road from Austin in San Marcos, so I get to support my local business!

Where are you located? I'd say a local jeep club would be informative and more friendly to a noob....
