XJ Windshield Mount Lights

I've seen this done before, but I dont think there are any manufactured mounts available, its all custom work. Has anyone done this to their rig? If so, would you be so kind as to post some pictures of them? I can probably make my own, unless they need welding, in which case I'll have to find someone to do it. (good thing my girlfriend's dad is a welder.:sombrero: ).

Hey man I'm a XJ nut and a fabricator I can make you some. Pm me and we can work out the details. I can make them bolt on for you. I mounted mine on the hood though.

A company called rock lizard used to make a-pillar mounts, but no longer do. This isn't my photo or jeep, but this is them.

I've got a freind who has a setup like that on his TJ. They look cool but he never uses them.

He says the glare is so bad he can't see.

the paint is all fadded on my hood so i dont have a prob at all. my lights are mounted on my hood.
