Still trying to figure out what we will bring. I am thinking along the lines of Chicken Italian Sausage, peppers, onions, and Pasta for a main dish... I am awaiting word from Wen to see what she wants to Pack.

2 lbs of Chicken Sun Dried Tomatoe Sausages, 2-peppers, 2 onions, and 2 lbs of Whole Wheat Pasta for a main dish to share.

I am famous for my Beer Butt chicken in my family, but since I do not have a portable smoker/grill, that will have to be another day in my backyard. Maybe after FlyingBaby is born we can have a BBQ at our house.

Oh yeah, be prepared for more jokes about nutsert. Brian typed up a lucid, well-thought-out response about nutserts on Jeeps, but I giggled every time I read it. He used "impact wrench" and even "dogs balls" which busted my gut. Yes, I'm 12 years old.

I expect to be there 5:45-6:00. We'll depart from our meeting about 6:15 or sooner if possible. There's a really good chance I'm going to want to shoot a few photos of the rigs cruising towards camp that first night. The light will be primo. I'll be quick.
