Bring your own plates and flatware. I'm tired of doing camp dishes :REExeSquatsHL1:
I thought you were going to be the Dish **********? :littlefriend: I hate to say this, but paper plates require no washing!

Still trying to figure out what we will bring. I am thinking along the lines of Chicken Italian Sausage, peppers, onions, and Pasta for a main dish... I am awaiting word from Wen to see what she wants to Pack.

Are you going to bring the kids?

Aye, that's the plan. Long stories everywhere, but we'll see how things are holding come Friday.

Looks like there is going to be great...food, great people, nice riggs, and great landscapes!

However I will not be able to make it!

There is this think called work, that keeps on getting on the way, plus I am doing some PM on the Lexus too!

That work thing does get in the way sometimes. :punk03: Sorry to hear you can't make this trip. Maybe next time. :wavey:

Where did the "Roasted duck with mango salsa" come from? :hehe:

We are bringing:
2 lbs of Chicken Sun Dried Tomatoe Sausages, 2-peppers, 2 onions, and 2 lbs of Whole Wheat Pasta for a main dish to share.

Aren't you an arithmetical oddity: 2 of everything.
That sounds yummy.

It's like pound cake... 2 of this 2 of this and 2 of that...

Wen and I will swing by your house to meet up with you and Brooke and we'll start heading to the meeting spot off of Hwy 8.

Is it time yet? I sooo ready for this.:jumping: :jumping:

I loved the "Roasted Duck with Mango Salsa" ..... Pictures of the Gieco Cavemen ordering lunch. :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

In lieu of the Duck, the chicken/sausage/peppers sound delisious.

I am famous for my Beer Butt chicken in my family, but since I do not have a portable smoker/grill, that will have to be another day in my backyard. Maybe after FlyingBaby is born we can have a BBQ at our house.

Everybody good? Euro says he's not going to make it, but I haven't heard from SWR yet. I think he's coming.

Seth said he's bringing ceviche, so he better frickin' come. :violent-smiley-031:

Scott's not likely to be able to make it.

So! I anticipate meeting Seth and Brad along the highway (I-8 and the 84), and Wil is going to meet my wife and I at my house shortly after 4:00.

We might not see any of these, but it's a great smiley anyway:

However, I saw some blooming saguaros today and I'm freaking out at the possibilities there. :)
Oh yeah, be prepared for more jokes about nutsert. Brian typed up a lucid, well-thought-out response about nutserts on Jeeps, but I giggled every time I read it. He used "impact wrench" and even "dogs balls" which busted my gut. Yes, I'm 12 years old.

That's why we like you... Looking forward to the nutsert jokes.

I expect to be there 5:45-6:00. We'll depart from our meeting about 6:15 or sooner if possible. There's a really good chance I'm going to want to shoot a few photos of the rigs cruising towards camp that first night. The light will be primo. I'll be quick. :)
