You would weld a 2" receiver tube to the tongue plate, then the coupler could slide into that.
The only numbers i have found are the one on the data plate.

Thanks for the pictures, so does it just rest on top the tent? What is the one pole looking thing near the tail gate? was it wrapped in the fly? As you can tell, I have not opened my fly yet ; )
ps My local Pep Boys had the cheap Spector water cans, they fit in the NATO fuel holders we have, nice for a quick week-end trip without towing the weight on the big tank.
The worst I've seen is about 30-35 mph gusts and the tarp billowed but didn't collapse. I'd imagine that you're as good as the footing of your stakes; lose one and there'd be a cascade effect...I take it those tarps don't work out so well if there's a good wind?
