Weld one end to the frame and then stretch the panel over the frame, maybe with a fork lift via chain and bit of angle. Stitch in place!!
only inner sheets done, but you get the idea...
If you can do inner and outer sheets, you can put it on it's side, pick it back up again, brush the sand off...

Yeah mick, but all the good acid has been taken off the market. Some b...sh... about safety etc etc. But i managed to track some down from a fire sale and have been persisting with that.
Hey John, I seem to remember something about these canter axle & Diff housings being good for up to 8t, the rear Diff I think is the same one used for the canter Tipper.

Have been polishing ali Cheq plate on the skirts of our trucks, and it is bu77sh1t hard work.
Any shortcuts? pleeeaaseee anything?????
Also i've found that AutoGlym is better than any other polish for duco that i've ever tried.

Yeah they are an Implement carrier, and i'd presume that they are geared to Max 80klm/hr. But they look cool!!!!!!
