The Carli full leaf pack is equivalent to a 1”rear lift, I believe AEV uses a 2” block to achieve the 1” lift in the rear, and Thuren says his full leaf lifts the rear ½”.
I think the difference in Thuren coils between the 2500 and 3500 are a ¼ to ½” in lift, it’s the same spring just...
It sounds like they are just going through growing pains. ie too many irons in the fire.
They have gotten very big very fast and I imagine the growth is difficult to manage efficiently. Especially at the rate this industry is currently growing at. I’d just give them some time to work out their...
That’s not exactly correct.
Diesels run more efficiently at higher RPMs, to a point. Lots of factors to consider as well, like turbo, ambient temp, etc.
In my 6.7 the sweet spot is 5th gear at 2000 RPM.

Like I said, makes sense. And I’d never be dumb enough to cook inside a tent. First, open flames and nylon do not play well together, and I always hang a bear bag at least 300 feet from my tent.

Interesting, but makes sense. I’ve camped in glacier in a tent for a week though. Granted I was primitive camping in the hard to reach areas of the park. Rules might be different in camp grounds.

I don’t know much about it but the Coleman/Fleetwood appears to be rugged enough for the trails you are considering. Shouldn’t be to heavy for the 4Runner either.

I’ve found that calling them elicits me a much faster response. Hell, they even got back to me twice in the same day with answers.
But yes they are slow to release product and often don’t listen to customer feedback.

Can you post photos with out the canopy and the tray sides installed?
What is the height of the tray deck from the ground?
Is there material on the headache bar that hinders the view from the rear view mirror?

When the dealer stopped wanting to work with me on them I walked the lot to look at the others. Looked as if around 10-20% weren’t lined up like mine.

If I recall, the Afsir skids do not fit a CCSB truck. They only fit CCLB (LWB) or a SCLB (SWB). They may have changed that but they use European standard trucks and I’m not sure they use the CCSB trucks over there.

I've had a lot of issues with my Ramboxes. Mine have warped, leaked, painted panel falling off, etc. the dealer has basically stopped working with me on them too. I love the concept but I think they should be metal and not plastic.
