I'm not sure why people are so fixated on ABS, etc. your wife drove a vehicle before these comforts came to be right? I would feel safer having my family in a tacoma up high then in a carolla with ABS. I say sell the civic and keep the tacoma and corolla and deal with the auto. I converted to an...
Funny Frenchie I was just going to mention the same thing! My dad had a CJ5 and we used to ride the rails into an area for hunting that no one else could get to! Air the tires down and go! Was my favorite part of the whole hunting trip!
VERY nice rig! I love the matching trailer.
Root Moose. The steel housing can be found in 5 spd grand vitaras and the steel third in the the same or an XL7 has them as well. check zukiworld there is an article there explaining it all.
nice rig! the 400m suck fuel due to its low compression and bad flowing heads/exhaust. Having had numerous 400m's you can get great power from one. change the pistons, cam, exhaust and put on an aluminum intake and SMALL carb. it will run way better and get better gas mileage.
check out this...
Trees that have fallen on a trail or bypass that can't easily be driven over should be removed in my opinion. We see ALOT of wind/dead fall around here. To the point of me packing a chainsaw most times. If a tree is not removed the lazy will attempt to drive around it and widen the trail even...
one question does it leave a bread crumb trail at all? So you can track back to where you started? Or see which roads you have covered in a certain area?
I have a number of brake bending tools and each one has its use. i also have a piece of hardwood dowel with different grooves cut in it on a lathe. This works great for quick adjustments. I usually clamp it in the vise. Anything over 180 don't work on it though.
are you planning fairly hardcore wheelin with the LTB's? 34's may be a touch big. they are farily tough rigs and with a locker in the back you would be surprised where it will go.
I would go for a '96-97 ford f350 4 door. Last of the old body style and they had the powerstroke direct injection in them. The old idi 7.3's are nice but not if your going to tow a trailer S-L-O-W ! I agree with Metcalf on the dodgew/cummins thing. Love the engine not big ont he truck. We have...
RRO got their start serviceing the suzuki community (or should I say not servicing!) Many, many complaints from the Suzuki crowd about them from bad parts to plain no service.
I ordered one of there rear bumpers probably 6 years ago at least. they charge my cradit card right away and I waited...
we have a 3 yo boy and changed from a small tent trailer to a 12' travel trailer this year. nice to have heat and dryness (tent trailers suck int he rainy area IMO) One thing we do is we took some of his toys and leave them in the trailer that way when we go camping its like he has new toys...
