what kind of mileage are you getting in town traffic with the motors?
i'm trying to figure out if its worth it money wise. my range rover P38 has 104K miles on it. it doesn't burn oil, and i just took it down to Salt Lake City from Billings Montana. I averaged 18 MPG for the whole trip...
It probably has something to do with canbus. Most vehicles now days use computers and microprocessors to control lights, heaters and so forth. The reason for this is to run lighter wiring and use the same wires to do multiple tasks.
In short it may not be wise to bypass that circuit board...
i vote bent wheels, and a bad balance.
i work on mercedes, range rovers, bmw, jags, etc. i'm not cheaping out, i'm asking why not. i realize the jacked up prices are due to the availability of the wheels and that it says Range Rover.:elkgrin:
i think i'll go to the junkyard next weekend and do some test fitting.
