As I said in the main FS thread, I moved to a permanently-mounted charger (Iota DLS-55), so I don't need the portable anymore. Not only can't you buy them in CA, they're totally discontinued and Odyssey hasn't put out a replacement charger that's rated to handle the PC2150/31M battery yet...

I've been very happy with a $10 Super Siphon and a ratchet strap to hang the can from my roof rack while I transfer the fuel. (And a floormat or jacket between the can and the side of the van)
