It all depends on its condition, $5500 is a lot for a 20yr old camper. If it's real clean and no rot I would pay it, but lots of times there can be rot hidden behind the aluminum, check all the caulking and thump around for soggy dead sounds,,vice a solid knock. Also rv appliances are expensive...
