You mean get the 700lbs springs? With bumper, skids, and winch most people run 700lbs springs.

Tire/wheel size will depend on what other plans you have....if you are lifting you can fit 33's with maybe some rubbing depending on your setup and alignment. Otherwise I believe 31" fit without an issue. Wheels with 4.5" backspacing will put the edge of the tire mostly flush with the fender...
