    Maxxis Bighorn MT-762 tires

That is Patriot Tire in AR. I found mine at a trailer place in NM, they were a little more than the price I found at Patriot, but they did not have any more there (at Patriot).

Register Rock near Leupp, AZ. and Old Oriabi, AZ - 06 Sept 08

There's a ghost town near Diablo Canyon where the Santa Fe has a bridge, was suppose to be one of the roughest towns around, think I have seen it compared to some of the worse western towns. Some information is available online.

Register Rock near Leupp, AZ. and Old Oriabi, AZ - 06 Sept 08

Would like to go, is the limit 5 members or 5 vehicles? I still need to check with the better half on plans. Rex Cosnino exit is east of Flag on the I-40, the next exit after Walnut Canyon, its well marked, was out there today.

    Maxxis Bighorn MT-762 tires

I can't remeber who or in which post but someone asked me to post a pic of how the fit was for the 255 bighorns on a taco. 2" Alcan springs with center pin moved forward 1/2"

I did not measure mine accuratly but they appear to be a little under 33. Possilby a little larger than 32.8 on a stock tacoma rim.

    Maxxis Bighorn MT-762 tires

So far I like my Bighorns (255 85 16) not to noisy on the road for a MT. Have not had a chance to wheel with them off road. I did put the lift springs back in the other night so I should be out palying this weekend, and I think there might even be some mud around.

    Bfg Km2 255/85/16

You will have to wait until I figure out how to post photos again, never my strong point. I did have to pull the rear Alcans and send them back today to have them made softer, I could hardly push the rear bumper down over 1.5" and its riding on the stock springs for now. I will take a few...

    Bfg Km2 255/85/16

I was going to hold out for them but my old Yokohama's had about 52,000 miles on them and needed to be replaced before the moonsoons and a planned trip. I went with the maxis big horns in the same size, just had them mounted tonight.

Buying tires online? which site? Advice needed.

How much do you save after they're mounted and balanced? Also will all stores mount them if you did not buy them there? Just a few questions I have as I am considering buying on-line, but I am going to check my local discount tire first.

    The Canuck Truck buildup!

Forgot you had a snorkel, yeah the SJ river valley was flooded, some prepared some houses and cars under water just out side of Saint John in Grand Bay. I grew up and still have family outside of Saint John. Your truck looks great. Not to many tacomas in that neck of the woods, well at least...

    The Canuck Truck buildup!

Looks great, chromophobia, does that include polished aluminum? I would have thought you would have installed a snorkel by now. I was up there last week and the water was a tad high.

Devil's Hole and the old railroad - 12 April 08

His brother Angel still lives in town, he owns the barbershop. He's a great man to talk to, knows everybody in town, that useful when your trying to find a property owner. He rides his bike around and always has a great big smile. The restraunt is still ran by the son (John) of the late Mr...

Shackle Pin on drivers side of FJ is about to fall out, could be to late for that. Whish I could have made it, but climb competition went well.

AZ Rocks, Box Canyon, Martinez Cabins.

Rex I could not agree with you more, we had a get together tonight of the participating memebers of AZTTORA in Flagstaff (all 3 of us that made it) and it appeared we all agreed that the cold frosty beers are best left in camp. I hope I did not come across that I was defending the one drinking...

AZ Rocks, Box Canyon, Martinez Cabins.

Rex, I enjoyed seeing your truck make the small water fall in box canyon on friday, makes me want a taco box. I did not see any drinking on the trails, althought I was only on official trail runs.

Biggest tires on stock suspension for '01-'04 Taco DC?

I have 265-75-16 on a 04 extended cab, the only issue I have had is a little rubbing at full turn as mentioned above. Had those tires on since 04 so I can't remeber if I lost any power due to the change. I really think it would be a minimal loss.
