Toy hauler would be the best option, but the layout of those can be weird. I don’t know about hanging it off the back of the trailer. What affect would that 300lbs have in regards to tongue weight.Would it offset the trailers existing 300lbs of tongue weight? That could be sketchy.

I love those those tires, are they as old as they look? How do they compare to more modern tires? What’s the cruising speed on that rig?

Oh and a 4 speed trans you had to lock out of fourth gear for towing.

The trailer has 120hp driving its wheels. Might be an interesting idea for the off road trailers for more traction?

If you buy a cheap meter with an amp clamp triple check that it can measure DC amps not just AC amps.

I would think an add a leaf would be sufficient. No first hand experience though.
