Removing rear seats to increase payload capacity?

My ‘01 mustang GT had hydro boost. I assume it’s because the mod motors are stupid wide and take up too much room.

How did Voyagers/HBC Outfitters do it?

My only experience with wool blankets was in army basic training in unheated barracks 50-60degrees. The blankets seemed sized for a 5’3” guy but I think they had shrunk over decades of use. The cold is what I remember most of basic training.

    Improving factory seats

They’re expensive $200 or more I think. It wasn’t too hard of a job. Took an hour or maybe more.

    Improving factory seats

I have also replaced my driver side seat cushion with a a new one. It was enough of a difference I had to lower my seat height. I think it was from the seat guys or something like that.

    Desert Turtle - M1010 Build

That’s a clean old dodge. Haven’t seen one like that in at least ten years here in the rust belt.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

That sounds like some kind of soccer mom feature. I liked my auto 4x4(NOT to be confused with AWD) feature in my old Chevy. I didn’t want to leave 4x4 on all the time and the auto 4x4 would activate at about the same time you realized 2wd was loosing traction. Faster than you could push the 4wd...

Removing rear seats to increase payload capacity?

Everyone knows Toyota’s are super overbuilt though so in real life Timmy would be fine.

    2002 Chevy S10 4x4 Crew Cab

S10’s are underrated. I’ve had three s10’s: two pick ups and a blazer, one zr2. In regards to your spacers. Keep in mind 2wd and 4wd have different wheel offsets. Also the fronts are wider than the rears(4wd only I think.) If you went with 2wd wheels you would have an even wider track width than...

Removing rear seats to increase payload capacity?

If I was going to full time in a truck camper I wouldn’t go less than a 1 ton. It doesn’t make sense to overload your truck 100% of the time. There’s no benefit to that.

1949 International/Jeep Wrangler Rock Crawling & Overland Build

That’s a lot of money for the kit. Should be plenty for airing up tires though. I went with a much cheaper viair and it barely airs a tire from 50-80psi.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

I don’t hate it. The power numbers are good. The payload is fairly average. I think most of the new trucks are ugly looking and they usually grow on me eventually.

I’ve heard the chassis cabs aren’t de tuned, they just dyno test them vs chassis. No proof though.

The new 7.3 - how is it

We’ve had a few class C motor homes go through the shop with the new 7.3. When you first start them up the cold idle almost sounds a little rowdy. It’s kinda funny considering the average demographic of a class c buyer.

MRAP wheels on a RAM 5500? Mismatched track front to back?

This guy was ordering a run of aluminum super single wheels. https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/finally-direct-bolt-1-piece-aluminum-20x11-super-singles-f450-f550.203490/
