Not listening..................... Back in the 80's I thought cutting the top off and screwing the sheetmetal that many times was a really bad idea for long term ownership. Those Van's all entered the crusher for other reasons long ago, I say enjoy the new project..................

Great advice.............................. NO the floor is not flat under the carpet on a factory passenger Van, two large rails go the whole length of the Van and won't unbolt easily. I was able to use them for my build and enjoyed never trying to be in and under my Van at the same time...

Shock spacers I just put a set of 5100 Bilstein 24-186643 shocks on the front of the Van, 2" front shock spacers came with my Key lift so I used the decent stock shocks for a year. The stock shocks compressed length with the spacer was too long, on the passenger side I smashed the shock...

80PSI is not the max just what it takes to hold the rated load (it won't pop in the sun).
