What about angled corners and strait pieces to make slanted V noses and such. Kinda like the pic below. **Please excuse my lack of ability to use cad programs. I had to swipe this image off the Internet to give an example of what I'm talking about.

I like where you are going with this.... If you go with a 12" curve front and back, it leaves nice easy flat panels to deal with. I'm hoping this product goes to production and is affordable. Here's my plan if these parts become available and affordable.... This would make my dream trailer...

Newer Toyota wheels are hub centric..... They normally will not work when mounted lug centric.... I'm very anxious to see how your solution works out Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
