Welcome.... Nice choice for truck and trailer. I drive a FJ also, and it will be my tow vehicle when I get around to building a trailer....

What about angled corners and strait pieces to make slanted V noses and such. Kinda like the pic below.
**Please excuse my lack of ability to use cad programs. I had to swipe this image off the Internet to give an example of what I'm talking about.
I like them all, but if I had to pick one route I'd go with the 60/30 parts. Maybe throw in a 15°, although it may be over kill.
What would a 30/30/30 look like?

Thanks for the sketch, and for catching the dimensional issue... That is exactly where I'm headed, except it won't be removable.... I agree with you, the 3.5" looks better on the back.

I don't think you're breaking G any rules unless you are the one selling them or are promoting the product for personal gain.

I like where you are going with this.... If you go with a 12" curve front and back, it leaves nice easy flat panels to deal with. I'm hoping this product goes to production and is affordable. Here's my plan if these parts become available and affordable....
This would make my dream trailer...
So for the flooring, the insulation, sub floor, and bamboo are all free floating? Are the bamboo planks attached only to each other, and floating on the sub floor?

When I finally build my trailer, I am trying with the idea of building a kitchen Island that would be on 8" wheels.

I love this design...... It goes right in line with a trailer design I've been piecing together..... Quick question though. If you're just designing as a hobby, do we have to hope a company will approach you about mass production so the rest of us can get our hands on these?

Looks very cool behind the FJ... I've been contemplating building one for mine.. Seeing yours is making it harder to resist

Newer Toyota wheels are hub centric..... They normally will not work when mounted lug centric....
I'm very anxious to see how your solution works out
