I take it that your seats must be fairly flat fronted (the part that your back rests against)? Seems like the straps would really be annoying otherwise...
Might want to look at sPOD. If you search on here, you can see how one guy mounted the touch panel to the A pillar's handle lower 6mm mounting bolthole. It is what I'm going to put in my PW. Pricey but clean and flexible.
At the time, getting any warranty support out of you via 4OK was abysmal. Short of replacing the whole thing at a considerable effort on my part was not worth it. Hence I sold it.
The only positive I could say is that is was quiet in the wind and deployed quickly.
I had one of their products from 2014-16 that I purchased from OK. They were great to deal with, but the JB did not fair well during that time. Trim fell off, fan failed within 6 months, cracks all over the gel coat. Ladder mounts broke.
For the price, I was less than impressed.
The WHOIS is...
I have a Yaesu FT-60r and FTM-100DR. Both mar/cap'd and also a President McKinley CB that's been tuned. All bases covered, and with the Yaesu you get a quality built in Japan radio.

In their last newsletter they said that they were hiring, specifically droid devs.
Jeff, you still have the awning? Assuming so since this post is still up. PM me, I'll shoot down to your house if your around at lunch, or I'll be there Friday night. I'm still hoping that pool will be heated...
OP, where are you located? Seems like with a little research you could locate a source for a quality battery and pick up from a distributor. Just takes a bit of work once you zero in on what battery would best suit your needs. For example I'm in AZ and have purchased Crown, Trojan and Fullriver...
What is your planned length of ownership? That Fords re-sale value is going to drop like a rock. In terms of quality of materials (everywhere, especially interior), mechanical reliability and off-road ability, you're kinda apples to oranges here.
Welcome to the Crowbar Club! I actually went and bought a small one that I put heavy duty velcro hooks to and stuck to the bedrug material inside my ARE shell (accessed via side "Windoor"). Now that I have a Four Wheel Camper in the back, the swing outs are not on as the FWC sticks out a tad too...
I will remove the Hawk, or at least pull the truck forward some to let me get in the bed, primarily so that I can easily stick the tracks in place with the butyl tape and then bolt through from the plywood base of the overhead bed. The only thing that I'll need to modify is the cool FR gravity...
