Theft is a concern of mine too. I purchased security nuts from Fastenal. Basically a cone shaped nut that requires a special socket to remove. Will this stop a prepared thief with tools?, probably not. But it will stop opportunity theft, i.e. meth head who steals anything they can carry off...

Found some good info on shocks in this thread. Didn't know if some else referenced it in the previous 34 pages. In the market for some new shocks all around myself.
All good points listed above, Bring maxtrax or some wood planks, and lastly when parking always park pointing the direction you will go when you leave, ala - point down hill even if ever so slightly. I watch folks all the time park then expect to drive up hill when the leave, even a slight up...
