Fuso Frame drawing on Google Sketchup

fair enough and I share your distrust of the cloud but for most things it probably doesn't matter if they take your designs. it depends what your budget is and what you are trying to achieve. if you dont want to pay for solid works but want alot of the functionality including FEA and simulations...

Fuso Frame drawing on Google Sketchup

Ive been using it now for 18+ months and alot of people in the 3d printing world have been using it for years without issue. its a similar type of operating system to acad and bricscad. once you get the method and lingo for one of the more proffesional packages they are all reasonably similiar...

Fuso Frame drawing on Google Sketchup

Gait F360 is also free for hobbyist and even businesses under $100k a year. Its a good package and the license is yearly but its ongoing and has been for a while. its a solid package and I like it. Im a former drafter and have used microstation, autocad etc and its reasonably good.

Hummingbird Speedo Calibrator Isuzu 2002 NPS & 37 Inch Tyres

Thanks mate. I had a play and managed to get it working just need to check that its accurate now. Ill get the GPS out next week and get it set. The manufacturer conveniently set it for me and then sent it to me. Truck super singles gives a percentage to get it preset which was convenient. I...

Hi Team, I have purchased some 37inch super singles and have installed the humminbird speedo calibrator and now my speedo doesnt work nor does my odometer. Im confident ive installed it correctly as i used the wiring diagram from the unit and the truck diagram. Im wondering if the adjustment...

A shocking Rancho report and plea for other shocks (Sachs?)

I use powerdown adjustable shocks. they are reasonably large bore and are designed for larger vehicles. they ride reasonably well on my otherwise stock standard NPS and have got 10000kms on them so far and no sign of deterioration or leakage etc. cost me around $100 each.

    2002 NPS300 Repower

Hi sorry to drag this back up but hoping someone might have an idea about whether a sitec 140 from a 2003+nps will fit my 2002 NPS or even if anyone has experience working with the 4hg1 and turboing it? I have done a little more looking and it seems like the 2003+nps uses the same frame and...

    Hummer wheels

there are some. for a while im sure the factory upgrade wheels on the Iveco Daily was a 16.5 inch and speed was electronically limited as a result. im pretty sure there was only one or two different tyre options in that size available and they were twice the price of a 17inch

    Fuso/NPS vs Landcruiser

heard a few nasty stories about the daily's brakes while towing especially down hill and no exhaust brake. My other issue with the daily's is theres plenty of issues with them. I work for a mining company and we have 3 in our fleet. 3/3 are currently parked up awaiting being fixed with less than...

    Fuso/NPS vs Landcruiser

seems to be the newer trucks are using more fuel. My 2002 NPS300 uses 14L-16L/100km when im at around 4700-4900kg with an aerodynamic as ******** cage on the back. Ive come from a 2008 patrol wagon and ive got to say id take the nps any day of the week. its a bit bigger and a bit slower but i can...

    2000 NPS300 - Mileage & Issues

In terms of weight id probably have 500-600kg on the back of bulky type stuff. Mine isnt the most aerodynamic with the tray and cage sides and its tare weight is around 3500kg i think. Even with a bit more weight i dont think it would affect it to much as empty it does pretty well the same as...

    2000 NPS300 - Mileage & Issues

Ive got a 2002 NPS with sitec115 and its slowish but it doesnt really bother me at all. driving between brisbane and port macquarie there are a couple of hills that im down to about 60kph, could probably hit 70-75 if i pushed it. I generally sit on about 90-95kph on the highway as that seems to...

    Ctek chargers

yes thats a good way to set it up. place the 250s as close to you batteries as possible and just use and Anderson plug or the like to disconnect your canopy. I had one in my patrol and had it set up with the 250s on the battery box of the aux battery and when at camp i could pull the battery box...

    2002 NPS300 Repower

I dont think these are computer controlled. but more boost more fuel pressure and a good cooler will certainly help. the 4hg1-T is certainly a consideration as is putting a turbo on mine. just keeping my options open at this point.

    2002 NPS300 Repower

Spoony the NPR has a turbo version of the 4HG1. its 4kw and about 30nm more. the sitec 140 at least is 18kw and about 70nm in stock form which i think would be near enough too keep a bit of speed uphill

    2002 NPS300 Repower

Hello, We have been driving our NPS around for about 6 months and we are pretty happy with it. Some adjustable shocks and it rides ok and doesn't use alot of fuel which surprised me. the one thing we are worried about is the power (or lack of) we intend to build a reasonably robust trailer to...
