So I had a little time yesterday and a little time today to start on the compressor install. I had spent alot of time trying to figure out how and where I wanted to mount the compressor. I finally decided to put it behind the back seat. There is just enough room on the floor to mount it between...
I will do that for sure. About three years ago family and i flew out o Bozeman and drove up to a small town about 45 minutes outside of Gardiner. Spent a week in the area, I cannot put to words how much I enjoyed the visit. Spent a few days in Yellowstone, spent a day floating the Yellowstone...
Snapped a pic of the box of goodies...
Hope to get started on the install this weekend. I think I am going to mount it behind the back seat. Not 100% sure yet , but thats what I am leaning towards.
Santa came to see me again. Found a good deal on a used CKMA12 ARB compressor. Trying to decide where to mount it right now. I can't afford the locker yet but I am saving my pennies for one . For sure want to arb (or TJM) lock the rear when I finish saving up.
I figured it would ease the pain a...

I am trying to squeeze in a short trip this weekend so I called in some backup and got the winch mounted up today. I thought it would give me a bit more peace of mind.
I had help that was on a tight schedule so I didn't get any install pics. I grabbed a few of the final product when I got home...
I had previously installed super track down each bed rail, so I decided to use it for mounting the other end on the hi-lift.
I started by picking up some "elevator" bolts. I cut/ground two sides of the elevator bolt so it would slide into the super track.
Once I slid the elevator bolt into...
I'd been wanting to add some recovery goodies to the truck. I have picked up a winch but have not had time to get it installed yet.
Also ordered up a Hi-Lift the other day, after endless surfing for ideas i came up with a plan. I like to think long and hard before drilling new holes in my sheet...

Props to my buddy, he did a fantastic job turning my vision into a slick bumper.

Any plans for a winch?
