    weatherproof outlet for 8 ~ 10 AWG

If you get the Anderson pp you'll need to get the larger (45) crimp connectors since I'm sure they come with the 30 amp size.

Parking Brake Cable on Dexter Backplate

What is the weight of your trailer? Mine will be close to 1500 pounds, so I will be ordering the heavier cables. I had wanted locking brake levers but the wait time was pretty long. Now that my trailer has been pushed back, I could have ordered them. I can't order the cables until I have the...

Anyone using both lead acid and lithium (battle born) through d250s b2b charger?

Thank you for posting! I've been looking at lithium batteries for a short while but am confused as to charging them using only solar with my Victron Bluesolar mppt 75/15 controller and a 180 watt panel. My rig is a teardrop and my needs aren't huge. I honestly just like the idea of an almost...

    Lets See Your Solar Setups

If you do read the above link, there was a long discussion about this controller. In my opinion, it works very well with my 100w Renogy suitcase but I will be moving up the the Grape 180w panel the group got when HD had a sale. The Blue Tooth dongle works very well and is very convenient to...

    2007 Jumping Jack Build

I used a Propex heater for four years now. It is a forced air heater that is outside with a tube coming in through that little square hole in the front wall. It can get the trailer quite warm ( the tent however isn't a good insulator).

Axle hubs to fit jeep wheels for trailer build

It seems to be the trend to use spacers on almost all the builds now. I wanted my lugs to be metrics's is my 4Runner, so I have spacers though my hub hole is big.

I was trying to figure out adjusting the Nine way valve to see if that would help. I don't have my trailer yet, but reading about the shock gave me some ideas.

    Question on trailer brakes needed

My current trailer is almost 1300 lbs. loaded and the few times I wished I had brakes were in Colorado and Montana. My 4Runner weighs 4600 lbs. My new trailer will have brakes at almost the same weight. Yes, an added expense but my woman is with me and she is worth it.

Parking Brake Cable on Dexter Backplate

I received my brake levers today. I ordered two 02182700 levers that come with spacers and clips so I can make the angle iron bracket to fit the teardrop. This way, I can have them welded on when we see the builder in a week. Once I pick up the caravan, I'll order the cables.
