    Webasto fridge freezer

I have noticed that my Webasto CR165 fridge freezer is not pulling the temperature down low enough. The motor seems to run almost continously but the temperature is still about 10c could it be low on fridge gas? it runs at 24 volt and there is plenty of power there.

Decided to go for the Fulda Ecotrans tyres in 9.5 R17.5 ordered direct from Germany they are a drive axle tyre but then the front axle drives! So should be ok? They appear similar to the Michelins that were on it originally (but cheaper)

    Tyre Inflation

Yes, the Om366 has a belt driven air cooled compressor that drives a full air braking system. I shall have to look into the Vario`s compressor to see if its upto the job without stressing it too much.

    Tyre Inflation

Has anyone got a recommendation for inflating truck tyres? I know mine are not that big at 9.5 R17.5 but it can take a long time to inflate with a 12 volt compressor you can also inflate with the engine driven compressor, but as yet I have not tried that with the Mercedes Vario compressor...

    MPG and Expedtion Campers

If you are thinking about a sprinter, but think it may be a bit on the small side have you thought about the Mercedes Vario 814 7.5 ton and available in 4x4 Mercedes parts available world wide. Also a good read before deciding is a book by Steve Wrigelsworth "how to build an overland camper"

    Composite fiberglass/foam panel build question

To round off the corners with glass fibre would require cutting away material where the two panels meet and could create a weakness in the corners, unless you could put the strength back in, by creating a joining method inside.
