    David, I am assuming that you have replaced all 4 tyres to the same size, if so this will not affect the ABS I think the first thing you need to check is that each wheel sensor is in a close enough proximity to the exciter ring on the hub, the sensors slide in their housing on the axle...

    Almost certainly it will be a faulty or sticking distribution valve. I think it is fitted on the air tank,normally it will have an adjustment screw in, possibly covered with a plastic bung. You can try tapping it to dislodge what's making it stick or try turning each adjuster screw slightly...

    Changed the control module but still the same! Emailed the guy from Webasto in Italy, he suggested that it may be over gassed! So now removed and sent to be regassed and tested.

    I was thinking about looking for a 6 speed box for my Vario, Even the 5.25% top gear would be worth having! and if the 1st is lower that could be an advantage too. Both of those coupled with closer ratios would be good. I can`t help but think that Mr MB spent a lot of time & effort researching...
