    Remove the wiper arm and look at the teeth on the gear and the inside of the wiper arm. Sounds like they are stripped

    xtralights.com/ is one option. I have used one of their kits for a dodge caravan and it worked/fit well. Around $250 for base upgrade lowbeam only or about $700 for top of the line

    Bumper looks great although it is hard to believe it wont warp with all that weight hanging on a single post when it swings out. Seems like a stout post though . . . . .
