in FG649 at 80 km/hr I get about 16.5 l/100km, at less than 30 km/hr I recently got about 1000 km out of 120 litre tank - 12.3 l/100km. 4wd in sand pushes it above 18 l/100km, has been as high as 20. 4.5 tonne.

parabolics lifted about 70-75mm. Wear in front drive shaft splines caused vibration. Fixed with rebuild of shaft and slight lengthening. Problem not normally encountered. Brake lines needed moving.

when I bought my 2nd hand FG649 there was a spare hi/lo cable in the cab. Explanation was the cables can chafe where they exit the cab and eventually gear can't be selected. I haven't seen the problem.
just out of interest I measured outer edge of 285x19.5 front track with ATW reversible singles. About 1935mm vs your 2100. Just for comparison. Outside dimension of my box is 2100. Don't forget flares for the wheel arch, lest the rear view mirrors get dirty.
don't forget the thickness of the centre of the rim. I think its called the thickness of the disc in Mitsi drawings. Put another way, the mounting face of the rim is different if rim is reversed for front/rear. Or, from the above, the offset is different for the same rim depending on which face...
