from puggles thought ..... attached to the chassis, in front of the fuel tank, is hopefully a water trap. It has a transparent bowl. There's a drain tap at the bottom. Check there's no water in it. And check when the engine is running that there is no air being drawn into it or through it.

air filter as well? May be worth trying another new fuel filter. is it turbo? Is that working correctly? after that it gets a bit beyond do-it-yourself. Sometimes diesel fuel additives can help clean injectors.
