Did you do the install yourself? This is something I was thinking about doing with my 98 E350 as well. It looks simple but I've never done it.

I have imported more than 200 motorcycles so I know how to do it. If the vehicle is 25 years old or older it can be done. A lot of people are doing it.

All of my doors are drooping a bit. Has anyone been down the road of repairing this? At first I thought I'd just replace the pins but then I started thinking maybe it's the hinge that's worn.

Update, I ended up having a local shop install 4.10 gears, new spindle, axle shafts and a Trutrac in the rear axle. The van can cruise at 75mph pretty comfortably. I put some MLV on the floor under the stock flooring mat. I will do more to the floor later. I made curtains. I used black...

In hindsight I’d probably have done the 4” lift instead just because it’s kind of tall for loading my bikes. I’m super happy with it and Weldtec’s customer service.

Yep, what I’m seeing is 3.93 would be for best MPG’s but 4.10 would be “best overall”
