    Smittybilt Scout Trailer Reviews?

Well I beat the crap out of mine for about 1800 miles (not a lot I know) but I also have one that is fully welded. Zero issues. Do I feel safe with this, no, am I upset with SB, no. Will I wait until they contact me with a fix... yes.. will I explore other options to fix it. yes.

Nice work! I need to break out my Miller 215 and do the same to mine despite no visible damage. I hate welding upside down though.

I also have one from the first batch made.. they got somethings right and somethings wrong with that batch it appears. :) My wiring needed to be completely redone with a new harness provided by Smittybilt. (I created my own though)

Be sure to put red loctite on those studs before you wrench them down, don't want them coming off.

What model is that shower enclosure? I have the Ozark Trail quick setup enclosure with two rooms, its very nice as it gives you a changing area/toilet area. But it does take up a bit of space in the trailer.

Ahh.. I tried to stuff mine inside the tent as it came from CVT and it was a super no-go. That sounds soooo much simpler. Thank you!!!

Might be the rims causing the need for grinding. My KMC Enduros did not require anything.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. I see you also have a CVT Summit Series. I should fit the annex on mine and try to fold it all up. I didn't think it would fit without using a backhoe to press the lid down or be an origami master. lol

Yep, that is the exact place I bought them and that IIRC is the ones I got. Not sure what 4WP is having an issue with. I've got about 1500 miles on the trailer now with them and no issues.
