    JK Unlimited Expedition Build

The Colman is only 2 years old but it's their dual fuel model. Their propane stoves would fit without a problem.

I picked mine up from Equipt Give Paul a call. He is very helpful when trying to determine the correct size box to buy.

    JK Unlimited Expedition Build

Sorry for the long delay. Been a bit busy with work, moto and canoe trips. Yes, I have the insert but I'm thinking of have something custom made as the insert, while useful for bags and stuff, is overkill for these boxes. They guys at Adventure Trailers made some plastic pucks for me to use...

    JK Unlimited Expedition Build

I do have the sun roof insert. It's a little overkill if all you plan on doing is mounting some boxes. After figuring out which size fit up there it was not much more than drilling the holes. I'll take some pictures tomorrow and fill in the details.

There is only about an inch on either side of the tailgate table. If one wanted, you could put the stove in the "stove drawer" which is under the frig. I prefer to kept the stove above on the rear cargo rack and use the stove drawer for small kitchen items. I've not really had any problem...

Finishing up some mods Finally got around to finishing some modifications. First up was repositioning my dual battery monitor. Back when I installed the dual batteries it I just stuck the monitor in the glovebox. That proved to be a PIA anytime I wanted to check the status. Now I'm trying...

who is taking the rear seat out of a jku

I removed the 60% side and filled it with a storage/water kit from Adventure trailers. I left the other seat for when I want to give a lift to a 3rd person or a guide.

    I'm back in a Jeep, a JKU

Stage 1 and 2 work together to make a flat raised storage area from the tailgate to right behind the passenger seat. The one you are looking at has a large compartment with a false bottom that provides separation for a top and bottom storage area The false bottom can be fitted with a 11...

I picked up an overhead garage storage lift and modified it to hold the RTT. It takes me about 20 minutes to unload and 40 to load when I do it my myself. That can be speed up a bit if I have someone help guide me under the lift and turn some nuts. Loading this year should be quicker as I've...

I've thought about that. Eezi-Awn also makes the Bat 270 awning that would solve that problem I'm going to leave the RTT mounted off the back for now and see how I like it. However, if I can figure out how to get that Colman stove into that drawer I may change my mind as that puts my kitchen...

Yes, the rear hatch glass opens without a problem. I can and do close the rear of the Jeep at night or if I plan on leaving the Jeep unattended. I have had to move the ladder back to open the read door a few times. It sort of depends where I've parked and how far I have the ladder angled to...

Purchased. It's the fridge/drawer combo from AT. I have a ARB fridge slide (no drawer) but decided a drawer would be a good option. Now I'm thinking about getting my stove to fit into the drawer.
