My ARB sits too far forward to reach the rear seat bolts. You might be able to extent the mount with a piece of metal or angle iron.

The solution from Adveture Trailers allows access to the floor storage.

I went with a sliding frig with storage under on the driver side and a drawer on the passenger side which works with the tailgate shelf too

This shows a bit of how the 60/40 split works. The seat is on the 40% side/seat - stage II takes up the 60% side.
