I'm not sure yet what all we're going to use / discard, but I'll keep posting as we go along. It also came with a spare tire carrier that attaches to the rear bumper & swings out. That along with the roof give me plenty of options for where to carry the spare!

It really is. We went down there last year at this time and decided then that there is really too much to see in one trip, so we've split it up into sectors, kind of. This time we explored mostly the southern sector, although we ran back to Skull Rock (self named) for a little birthday party...
We just got back from our 2nd trip to the Kofa NWP. This time we visited the Big Eye Mine, Castle Dome City, back to Skull Rock, and a few other way cool stops along the way.

AW-4 Master Switch Fix!
We did a few things on the XJ and added to the build thread today. An interesting project on the NSS (Neutral Safety Switch) on the AW-4, which seems to have corrected the problem of no back-up lights and sometimes no start!

Well, not a wrecking yard, an auto repair shop in Kingman that has a lot of Jeeps out back which resemble a wrecking yard.

We just bought a new tent and found that our 2 Twin inflatable mattressess don't fit, so we're looking into the 'Self-Inflating' Sleeping Pads available in many stores. (We've needed to pare down for some time, so the tent size is a good thing!).
