Bought used NL power pack......just run a 6 gauge fused wire from main battery to power pack I run a G31 battery... If i was to do it all over again i would run a Jackery power unit... Yes they expensive, but you avoid the install labor and can use it on different vehicles..... Convenient af...

I slid a set of 4 awg wire by undoing the main grommet on my outback. No need for new holes..... Used silicone tape, and some gray rtv gasket maker to seal it off.. that was 3.5 years ago with no issues at all since then...

I see you are using wire loom.... That'll offer plenty support for those solder connections... If you got sections that you are concerned about.. Use some expanding foam spray close to the wires.. that'll give yah all the support needed... Looking great..!! ??
