great thread, found my bayou classic about a month back.... great purchase.... found a lid ( amazon )that is 16" in diameter will post once i get it delivered.... EDIT: i missed this on my first read.... decided to get the 18" ( actual 16" ) lid for the bayou that is 17" in diameter....

I would think you could pick your preferred stove flavor.... then take the arm out and shop around for the particular brass fitting to replace the regulator at the stove for a direct fit... or get a propane hose with no regulator and the right brass fitting to your stove regulator...
