I won't be able to offer any comments on the calorifier, but, as you have a 3500, I would recommend looking in to the RAM ambulance prep package elements. Some of the engine integration for the coolant lines can be done with OEM parts if that is something that interests you.

Before Electronics, the complaint was all the vacuum lines everywhere. I'd rather plug in a little computer to tell me what's wrong than break out the smoke machine.

Only the RAM 1500s have the 5'7" bed option. RAM 2500 and 3500s are all 6'4" or 8' bed lengths. This truck has a 6'4" bed.

It's just unfortunate that the American flatbed market is not like the one in Australia. I would be willing to spend more if we had those styles/types of options. I really like the slide out underbody boxes on the CGI Traytek flatbeds and I'd take a canopy over a camper for my uses.
