The leaf springs will settle over time but it is sooooo much better than stock. I think the archive pack has 2 more leaf springs than the standard g57s so it may sag less.

If you need new drive flanges or cv joint parts, fort wayne clutch has most of the oe parts. I replaced most of the front driveline when I had bad vibrations.

With the manual hub swap on a 2wd truck, you don't have to screw with the electronics at all and since the parts are all made for the same truck/trans it drops in with the exception of having to cut a hole in the floor.
On a 4wd truck you have the ADD and other things that you could disable or...
Check connections in the steering column and under the dash. I had a worn wire in the steering column that would cycle the overdrive on the transmission on bumps or when shifting the shifter position.

Ok so that was way less of a problem than not having one at all. That valve still restricts fluid flow to the rears. I thought you meant you didn't have one at all anymore.
I would just leave it as is or replace the arm and call it good.

Install the manual prop valve asap, the truck will swap ends really easily without one. You are giving the rear waaaaaayyy more fluid than needed and it will cause the rear tires to lockup super quickly.

Bags are one of the best things I did for my truck, unloaded the back end is soft and comfortable like a caddy when the bags are deflated. Add some weight and toss some air in the bags and it still rides really well but isn't banging bumpstops.

I wouldn't hesitate to run either the kings or Icons then. I am not familiar with the 6112s but I ran 5100s for a while and they were a huge improvement over stock with daystar spacers that I originally had on the truck.
I am currently running donahoe racing coilovers which is what Icon was...
Can you post up how your bumper cover is attached? I have been interested in doing a similar setup but since mine is an 01, I don't know how the later model bumpers are attached.
Thanks,
Sean
I really can't say about the new deavers. The mini packs always had good reviews when I was looking but my stock leaves were not in great shape and I got a reasonably good deal on the g57s so that is how I went. Mine really need to be re-arched since they are kind of flat. From what I have seen...
I have thought about doing a snorkel or similar setup but for the most part my IATs are pretty close to ambient as long as you are moving at more than 5ish mph. Sitting at a light or in a drive thru they creep up to 20+ ambient but they drop once the fan kicks on or you start driving again. I...
Thanks! I feel like if I am worried about it someone else probably is too. Anytime I build or fix something, the first few times out I have that little voice in my head going "yeah... but are you REALLY sure you did it right?"
The MAF calibrator is actually a bit of a sore spot with me. When I...
Shocks will probably help more than you would expect.
I don't run a front sway bar but I also don't have a topper which could make a difference. I am running 2.5" coilovers in the front and 2.5" shocks in the rear on super soft deaver G57s. One thing that really helped the body roll was adding...
