I run 37s on the JK and will not go smaller. On the lighter XJ I believe 33s are the best size out there. My JK on 37s cannot even compare to my previous XJs ability. Deep snow is my preferred terrain though.

I would say OME is the best place to start as they are designed for miles and miles of that type of terrain while carrying a load.

For a mud terrain tire I think you have about the most durable out there- especially for a 8k rig and sounds like you need that durable of a tire where you are using them. I would not go BFG or bighorn, my personal experience is they are way less durable and wear faster. I got just about 75k...

If you delete the ABS pump that compressor fits nicely right next to the master cylinder. Assuming you are not using the ABS due to the D44. Might be more work than worth it but it does fit perfectly.

I ran air soft bbs a few years ago. Same logic applies. I also ran 8oz for a set of 33s. The heavier/larger the tire the more weight to balance is the theory. Wheel design/ differences shouldn't affect weight needed to balance the tires. I loved them, even wear out of a set of 33" BFG MTs for 68k.
