Replaced all the pressurized struts for the rear hatch and glass. Man, what a difference!

Looks like you already figured it out, but for others following, undercoating is for exterior use only. It off-gasses forever and makes the inside of your van smell like hot tar asphalt. Made that mistake myself a while back.

Would be pretty cool to put on some narrower tires, higher offset wheels and smaller fender flares to get those XJ proportions.

Those + sized wheels and tires were a terrible choice, otherwise I like the idea. If it found its way into my life, I'd ditch all the led light bars and RTT.
