a 4M41 will be WAY more than an old style 4D56. I think the only way to do this would be to buy and ship over a front cut. Not even sure that would be possible. Thailand is also a RHD drive country as well.

As Toasty mentioned, you will need the diesel transmission and controller. Prime time to do a 5 speed manual conversion. I have not costed the 4M41 over there. The old style 4D56 (not common rail) runs about $1500 plus transportation and finders fee.

Pulled out my Xantrax 1000W and put in a cheap 400W (on a switch & rarely use it), added shore power and a better solar controller. 12VDC and propane power nearly everything.

I'd be totally shocked if you can get leather seats stitched for $200 (a few hundred) a pair. Good leather hides alone will cost more than that. Normally around me its $350/$400 (roughly +/-$200 material, +/-$150 labor, +/-$25 heat insert) a bucket including the heat insert. No new foam.

Local upholstery shops or even private guys do great work. Price will probably be similar or even less than Coverking.
