I really think a tent like this will sell better in the fall! Lol.
Looking for one of these once I sell my Jet Tent. If you still have it I will hit you up. I am in Cartersville.
GLWS.

I know the price is steep for a tent but if you think about how this thing will last 20+ years when taken care of compared to the cheaper made $200 tents that get destroyed every couple of years then it works out cheaper in the long run.
The great quality and neat little features like guy line...

Just got a RTT from the CVT GB and it has won out for the kind of camping the fiancé and I do.
This tent is amazing if you plan on staying at a campsite for 2+ nights. It is "set up" in 90 seconds by just yanking up on a center section. It requires several mins of staking...
Given the small gap between your car and rack options are kinda limited. I saw where a guy used eye bolts to mount the tent from the bottom up and then use a large lock running between two bolts so they couldn't be unscrewed with the lock there. Also security bolts would work for someone who...
I dislike canned stuff because of this also. Still carry canned goods but look for alternatives. I did see where folks would use the can opener to open the other end of the can also, crush the can flat, and then sliding the two circular end caps into the flattened can. Kinda a PITA but would...
In my humble opinion I would look at an early Tacoma for that kind of money. I own a 86 pickup and have owned 4 Tacoma's. I currently have a 03' double cab.
My 86 was bought new by my dad and given to me for my graduation 14 years ago. It has somewhere around 440k miles on it. The only issues...
There are seal kits but they are kinda expensive for what they do. I took two strips from my egg crate foam mat and closed the tail gate on them. I went all through a very dusty Moab for a week w/o any major dust in the shell where I slept. Worked better than I would have thought.
There are far more knowledgable folks that are sure to comment but I will give my opinion.
The ARB fridge/freezers are more expensive due to the quality compressor and overall durability. They can also do both freeze and cool at the same time. The power draw is also substantially less. If you...
Lets hope at least some of that is true!
My Honda CRF450 has been my favorite (albeit limited selection) motorcycle I have owned. The power was great, easy to work on, plentiful parts, and great reliability.
Hopefully it will be a bunch cheaper than the KTM without giving up performance. I...
Kinda screwing over the creator of the trail isn't it?
At the very least make a donation to Sam for taking the time to collect all the data to make the route.
Pretty sure KTM registered the KTM800 website a while back. Have been waiting on that one for a couple of years now. Seems like they buy the rights just in case.
I could have sworn it was mild steel for TG vs chromoly for AP. Thought that was the reason for the price. I can not find anything on it now. Wrong once again!
Like I said though, I went with the TG ones anyway.
EDIT: it was HREW vs DOM. Couldn't remember which was which then. Could have...
The Trail Gear sliders have an L shaped bracket that is welded to side and bottom. Not sure about the All Pro one. If I remember correctly the TG sliders are made of a cheaper grade of tubing then the AP ones. The TG ones were good enough for me.
This forum is getting pretty bad with all of the arguing. Holy crap, he stated that it was HIS opinion!
What information are you bringing to the OP? Just chime in to argue?
