I agree, but I'm hoping running generic fans with no shroud was causing the heat issues. I ordered a Volvo fan and shroud, so hopefully that'll fix it and replacing the AC will help. If I still have issues I'll go back to stock clutch fan. If it persists, I'll be looking into tearing the engine...
I flushed the system about 5 times before putting in the new radiator and added fresh 50/50 coolant. I think the problem may have been a bad AC condenser fan that I just found thanks to advice from fellas on here.
I tested the condenser fan and it's bad, won't spin up at all. I have a 12" electric fan I'll be replacing it with, I really hope this was the problem all along.

I think you guys are right about the electric fans not being quite enough to keep it cool at slow speeds, but I also believe the stock clutch fan is also too weak. Keep in mind, it did overheat before and after I did a coolant flush while still on the stock fan. I'm going to try the higher cfm...

I can't comment on the noise, but when I park on steep incline, I set the parking brake before I put it in P to ease the stress on the drive components.
