    Upgraded Alternator?

The biggest advantage to a good larger alternator is the amperage to can get at idle.

    Old man-big brakes

77072434. I think it for newer years, but we sell a lot of them. They sale for around $800.00

    New Bronco

That would be a bummer. We have not had one at any of the 5 Ford stores I work for, but man, the 2.7 has been bullet proof. Hope its a quick fix in production.

    New Bronco

So true. I heard for years from customers how bad they wanted diesel in the F-150, "I would be the first to buy one" Ford listened, nobody bought.

    New Bronco

Ford put a diesel in the F-150 becouse everyone wanted it, well we could not give them away. Dont expect anymore small diesels in the US.

    Upgraded Alternator?

DC power is what we use. Fair priced and they are super reliable.

    Black Series fire hazard

I am no engineer. But, Being in the business that I am in, I am with a lot of people who have trailers, etc.. it seems like the rubber just does not hold up, or allow for enough articulation/travel. Then you add no dampers to the mix and it is just not the best solution, certainly not durable...

    Black Series fire hazard

You are right on. It is really a shame that durability is so lacking. What kills me is that a lot of the time, the cost would be minimal to make a mediocre product great.

    Black Series fire hazard

I don't believe that either design is any good. I think they are cheap, and have no business on a trailer used off road. They both will fail with long term us, especially when the suspension is used where it fully cycles.

    Black Series fire hazard

not sure if they are still in business, but there was a company called Moreryde that did independent suspension conversions? We need a conversion kit like this in the US. It would make a small trailer like a S-POd 100% better...

    Black Series fire hazard

We owned a FWC for 9 years. It was on a very capable Superduty. We took it to some incredible remote areas. We really struggled over the decision to go with a trailer because we like to camp in the middle of no where. My wife and I are getting close to 60, and we wanted to be a hare more...

    Black Series fire hazard

That is exactly how my wife and I felt. We kept looking at the different brands and we just kept getting discouraged from the very poor quality. In the end, we order a Kimberley S3. It is over priced for sure, but we just did not want to deal with quality issues.

Why don't we see more Ford Ranger builds

I have enjoyed my Ranger more than any truck I have owned

    New Bronco

I have heard of a few dealers that had put it in writing, but when it came in, they did offer to sell it at MSRP, but had 10k in warranty and other stuff like paint protection, nitrogen etc.. all in hopes the customer would not take the vehicle and it could be sold for 30k over. This happened...

    New Bronco

Smaller dealers have a smaller customer base/vin share. Its really just math, and resources. Ford cracking down on mark-up is just smoke and mirrors for the public, they have no control over what a dealer does. What the real issue is the dealers that lie about the order, or make an agreement on...

    New Bronco

What happened is that many large dealers really went after doing tons of special orders. We had a team of people handling hundreds of orders. Then, lots of customers decided that they did not want the Broncos they ordered. Those order's end up being inventory. That is how it happened.

    Black Series fire hazard

Thank you for the post. I was looking the the Black Series, and I was just not willing to deal with this type of issue. I also found out the the company is a big bully to people that hav3 complaints. I just bit the bullet and ordered a Kimberley.

    New Bronco

I can tell you 100% that there is zero favoritism. It is about what commodity issue is on your build. Just as if you order an F-150 with the flat-folding console, you will never see it, but to the naked eye, a customer does not realize this small item from one truck to another. Dealers can't...
