Nice! Good to know.
I hope to buy a different color, probably a grey one, and then would have the same color green as yours to sell. Probably won't get to it until the spring time (order it, check it fits etc).
I use a medical chest as my "chuck box". The one I use is exactly like the one for sale from this place.
It's pretty nifty in that both lids can be set up as tables.
Here's a couple pics from when I installed a pull-out for it, with a lazy susan. I don't think I have any pics of it in use.
Not mine, no affiliation to the seller etc etc...
ARB 50 Quart Mobile Fridge/Freezer - $600 (Acton)
Fair price as listed, but if the seller is negotiable someone could get a great deal!
A couple had a larger one over at Appalachian Rendezvous. Very well built. I suppose the capability depends on the driving skill (as always), but also the base vehicle. 2500's seem pretty decent.
That Eccotemp looks like a nice unit!
I can't see why you couldn't finagle an attachment to the faucet. Looking at there site it runs about a gallon & a half a minute and with 12V water pumps.

Thanks for the article, very nice.

The big diehard deep cycles are, well big, and heavy. Mine is easily better than twice as heavy as my starting battery. I don't know about the others, but if the goal is weight & size savings, then definitely do some looking into that.
Why not put a 2nd battery in the bed?
I've mine back there...
Dunno. I have swing outs on my bumper. It should be fine there as others mention.
You might be able to mount the rotopax turn buckle to the fiberglass just after the passenger side window. I wouldn't though, I get too stressed out drilling into my FP.
You could check if you could mount it onto...
The ARB version has small plates at the end of the anchor portion, similar to where your shoe would go on a shovel. The smitty bilt version does not have those plates. The plates would seem to keep & compact more dirt/gravel/sand while perhaps guiding the device deeper due to the compacting...
