I brought one in for a client a year or two ago. Great starting platform. Cleaned up the fuel delivery/induction system and it was happy cruising @ 60mph.
Old imports are the way to go. People who are concerned about parts being hard to find or finding someone to work on it are most likely too lazy to keep one in good shape even if they had all the $$$ in the world. Don't be discouraged...it's all part of the adventure.
