My "upstairs" bed in the J30 is 7 ft. long and 4 ft. wide. My "downstairs" bed on my storage cabinets is a hair over 6 ft. long and more than 4ft. wide. I'm 6'2", and I can sleep downstairs on an angle. Upstairs is luxurious. -Dan
