So we last hear from our intrepid explorers on Saturday, Christian promises a surprise to ease the delay and now it's Wednesday with no up date!! The suspense is killing me.

I am swapping the very well worn leather seats for cloth in my DI and they need a mild cleaning before I put them in. Anyone have a preference on the cleaning product? I'm thinking something light and foam based-lightly scrub with a brush and shop vac followed by a day in the sun.

That seems like a pretty good and easy set up. As we aren't running with CT loads (that doesn't sounds right..) I can see running a stiffer spring in the rear rather than running two springs-I'm guessing the two spring set up would be a bit punishing unladen.

Yeah-I was thinking it was the problem. I like that a GM unit can be used in place of the LR unit and that it would be outside the tank-easier to replace if needed in the future. The factory unit stays in to retain the sender unit. Speaking of, anyone have the part number of the GM fuel pump...

The engine is pretty fresh-45K 3.9 out of a D90 so those bits are pretty good but I'll be sure to check them out. I talked with the shop and he found the fuel filter to be almost clogged which is an easy fix-almost too easy. He is going to check it in the morning and see if that sorted it. I...
