    Discount Tire ******!!!...Over

As a mechanical engineer that works in the aerospace field, including performing stress and fatigue analysis, I think the use of wheel adapters definitely requires diligence and some careful thought. My gut feeling says I wouldn't run a set on my daily driver, but they have their application...

    Tire inflation compressors

Another endorsement of the MV-50, it handles getting my 33x10.5's from 15 - 30 psi in around 15 minutes no provblem. I'm working on hard mounting it under the hood, as about the only annoying thing about it is having to unpack it before each use :)

    Recommend XC bike tire?

I'll second this, I really like my 2.35 High Roller for an all around tire. Works really well for the hardpack dirt around here.

Test Drove New Tacoma--Something Strange Happened

I know my T100, which has a plastic bedliner, will collect quite a bit of water when it rains, due to the 'Toyota Rake'. When I pull away it spills out between the tailgate and the bed, which could look like it was coming from under the bed.

Its not based on the Frontier, just happens to use Titan headlights. The Chassis, body and suspension are bespoke.

Project T100: "Baja Explorer Ver. 2"

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I didn't crank the torsion bars at all when I put on the 33x10.5" tires. I think you're local to me, if you want to you're welcome to test fit the tires on your truck some time.

    Indigen Armor: Non-Standard Tactical Truck

If you can spot the shady looking guy wearing the UC Davis FSAE sweatshirt, that's my buddy Jimmy :) He also sent me this clip, pretty impressive in my opinion: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcrqzlVKVUQ

    Newb with some F150 questions...

I don't know Fords, is it possible to swap over the front suspension & drivetrain from a 4wd? Maybe its different where you explore, but I know for me it usually entails a decent amount of on-road driving to get to the trials, and I definitely like the comfort and reliability of a fairly stock...

    2010 subaru impreza/legacy floor mats

I'm a big fan of the weathertech liners, I had them in my 03 WRX, and wish they made them for my T100. Well worth the money, in my opinion.

    Newb with some F150 questions...

I'm thinking it would be a lot cheaper to sell the 2wd and buy a 4wd F150.

Right on, I've been meaning to get up there but time has been short. I may have a lead on a tube bender I can use, want to make one?

Project T100: "Baja Explorer Ver. 2"

I'm running 33x10.5R15's with totally stock suspension, and they barely rub on the mud flaps with the wheel all the way turned. Havent noticed any rubbing on the washer reservoir, I'll have a look tonight.

    Camping gear?

I'm a big fan of REI equipment, I've been real happy with their tents and sleeping bags. Ask around when the 'Scratch and Dent' sales are. REI has a real lenient return policy, anything you're not happy with can be returned, and they sell the mildly used gear at a great discount. That said, buy...
