I'm still working on the PDF for the FSM, adding more detail to the bookmarks to make it more usable. Hopefully I can get him to update the one on the site when I get it done.
Most of the concern I've seen over the ball joint spacers seems to be targeted at some that were sold when the trucks...
Awesome, we've got 1 more T100 on here, and what looks to be a nice build!
I think I saw your Dakota for sale on Craigslist, are you in Ventura County?
I wish I'd known you were selling the camper.
I picked up a 1996 DX Xcab 4x4 a few months back. Not doing a build thread because it would be...
You may be able to find an ez-out that will fit in the hex recess. Then again you may break off the ez-out in the hex recess, and then the fun reall starts.
I'd probably try to cut a slot in the head using a dremel, and use a hammer type impact driver with a slotted bit.
I set up a dual drive external hard drive, that's connected to my home network (NAS). It has 2 500GB hard drives, each being a copy of the other, in case one of them fails. I keep all the important stuff there, unless I need to take the laptop with me for some reason. I also have a spare...
I have a 1996 T100 with the same 3.4 liter engine, that has 175,000 miles on it. I knew the previous owner, and I know he kept up on maintenance, so I have every confidence the engine will go to 250k or more.

My co-worker just picked up a used police issue SIG P225 or P6, I cant remember which. Its a 9mm single stack magazine. They are pretty cool, most have a cool patina from holster wear but havent been shot all that much. I think it was around the $300 mark.
I really recommend finding a range that has guns you can rent, and trying out as many as you can. There's no substitute for actually seeing how it feels in your hands while shooting.
A third vote for the Eneloops. I just finished a 8 day vacation and used my camera every day, and the set of 4 eneloop batteries lasted the entire trip. They also hold their charge very well between uses.
Please get some pictures of them up when you get them, along with your impressions. I'm torn between the 33x10.5 AT or KM2 for my T100 and ready to order any day now.
Not exactly expo equipment, but you could make some with it. If I weren't in full house savings mode I'd have left work already to go buy it.
