I'm certain you have an incredible plan and source from whom I could do a group buy of used 1.4 tcases in good condition otherwise you wouldn't have pissed on this thread for the sake of just being obnoxious. One from whom no one would have qualms about condition and whom we would have (not)...
I have a container leaving the Uk in 8-12 days. Frank/aka Mongo had asked me about 1.4 tcases and the Wright Off Road sound deadening kits for Defenders.
There will be 2 110's in this 40 ft container as well as a new rust free tub for my Sankey trailer, so not a whole lot more room for large...
"This ratio is usually only adviseable for those vehicles with Portal Axles or large diesel engines."
Ie highly modified vehicles with either incredible amounts of torque or geared way down . Which do you have ? I currently have both 1.4 & 1.2 tcases for my 130 and can't for the life of me...
Event is a week from today.
Still trying to:
install the Cobra 75wx and tune the antenna
install the detroit locker in the salisbury
install the second rock slider-not easy on a 130
install the 3000w inverter
get the 20# co2 tank refilled
get the km2's back on the truck
bleed the brakes again...
Pretty sure the one in NC was Greg Bozmans. 2.25 natural diesel. Sat in the parking lot of his Mclean Va condo for a couple of years and then went to Nc to be used as a tailgating rig @ football games.
Been for sale for a long time on Rover forums-2 years @ least. Also been on ebay 2 or 3 times.
Original ads said something about frame rust. Only a single picture of single outrigger in the link above-more pictures of the dogs.
Not really a concern of mine. The guy's title @ Accutemp is Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Cold Chain Consultant
The units say right in the owners manual to plug them in every 4 months to recharge the batterys if you don't use the unit. I didn't and now the batterys seem to be dead. The unit still...
Oddly enough due to this thread a couple of us were contacted by Accutemp/Hemacool. They want to buy back 5 of their fridges for "testing" and are willing to pay 800-1000 for "servicable" units. I'm considering selling mine back. Does anyone else that bought one of these want to profit by...
Don't take it personally Dale. Your screen name says it all. This is what you do.
The guy made two inapropriate posts in 5 mins both bashing diesel trucks for sale and those were his first and only posts. Kind of like the flamer who made the military blood bank fridge/hemacool thread so...
Kevin,
Switching the rear springs for an axle swap is as simple as unbolting the lower spring cup off of the axles and bolting the larger on. Takes 5 mins with an impact. I recently swapped a salisbury out for a rrc lwb rear axle. Very straight forward swap if you don't have any bolts rusted to...
From the ROAV site:
Appomattox River Company will be sponsoring and donating a new KAYAK!
Kayaks will be on site for demo and a new/used sale!
So we have the Scotch distrubutor handing out samples of Johnny Walker Blue again, Kayaks, Hannibal RTT raffle, Power Tank giveaway for the weekends...
I should preface that comment by saying I'm in my late 40's and rolling around on the ground and then jumping in the truck sucks a little more than it used to. Lining the holes up and getting the pins through when the truck is filthy and dripping on you especially if your skill set allowed you...
Try simply disconecting them and take a cautious spin. Some trucks drive horribly and others drive relatively flat with out sways. It depends a lot on how much weight you carry in and on top of your truck and how soft/worn your suspension is.
If you off road a lot they become a pain even with...
