Welcome, there are a few of us here in Tucson that get out quite a bit. We post up runs mostly in the community forum section here: http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/group.php?groupid=44
Every Friday night we have a campfire in Cochie Canyon up in the Tortolita's. This is a great way to...
Thanks for the compliments everybody. We welcome anyone and everyone who would like to join us for these trips. Even if you can't make the day trips the Friday night campfire is a fun little getaway every Friday evening.
The next morning we slept in a bit and headed out to explore the areas to the northeast.
Vehicles coming in on Willow Springs Rd. in the distance.
Our first destination was a place called Tunnel Ranch. The ranch house is tucked up against a cliff and there is tunnel dug in to the face...
With the recent start of our Southern Arizona regional expo group in the community forum we decided to have a meet and greet weekend. Pau-hana(Alan) and I had decided on a spot north of Tucson where the 24hours in the Old Pueblo Mtn. bike race is held. This would be an easy to find base camp...
Coati are a hard one to photograph. I managed to get into a troop of them in the Chiracahua's and got some close up shots a couple of years ago. It was a pretty cool expereince. I was a little nervous too, I have heard some stories about troops ganging up on people.

I have been seeing this 4runner at the Sparklett's water here in Tucson this last week all of the sudden. Is this still your truck or did you wind up selling it to someone here?
Very, very nice truck by the way!:victory:
Very nice build so far. I need to double check my PML in the front. After lifting yours it looks like it sits a bit higher than mine. How much clearence between the topout bumpstop and UCA do you have after the PML?
