Run your hot water supply and a portion of your cold return water through an adjustable domestic tempering valve. Should be able to keep output of hot water within 1° of target temperature.

Yes it can be done.
The fuel tank on a 94 is still behind the rear axle so no transfer case interference.
The last 4x4 Dodges were 97s.
The only place still in existence that did Dodge conversions 20+ years ago is Advanced 4wd in Salt Lake.

Up here in salt caked winter roads country we don't put anti corrosion spray on delicate aluminum condensers as the oil film reduces the efficiency. We just rinse with water and suffer!

Run sheet flooring 4 inches up the wall. When it comes time to muck out the living area a wet mop rubbing on the wall portion won't degrade the wall structure or finish.

I brought my 79 MB400 back from CA. The one way trip permit was $20. It had no expiry date. It was valid as long as you were heading towards the final destination you wrote in on the back of the permit. So I made sure to go to my local inspection shop on the way home to get that paperwork done...
I bought a 4wd van on the other side of the continent sight unseen.
A forum member volunteered to go confirm a few items for me and did a test drive.
There are vehicle inpection companies that will check it out for a fee. Cheaper than airfare.
